1. Disconnect social accounts
When in-product disconnect controls are available, use them first. You can also revoke StoryFluxa directly in the connected platform's account or security settings. Revoking access prevents future API use but does not delete posts already published on that platform.
- Delete an already published TikTok post inside TikTok.
- Delete an already published Short in YouTube Studio.
- Delete an already published Reel inside Instagram.
2. Request StoryFluxa account deletion
- Email us from the address used for your StoryFluxa account.
- Use the subject “Delete my StoryFluxa account and data”.
- We will verify account ownership. Do not send a password or social platform credentials.
- After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated project content within the period required by applicable law, normally within 30 days.
3. What the request covers
- Account profile and authentication associations, including a linked Google sign-in identity.
- Projects, scripts, transcripts, uploaded source and presenter videos, voice samples, generated voiceovers, covers and rendered videos under the account.
- Saved social account identifiers and authorization tokens held by StoryFluxa.
- Generation and workspace metadata that is not required for an overriding legal or security purpose.
4. Limited records we may retain
We may retain the minimum information required for payment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or another legal obligation. Backup copies may remain temporarily until they age out under the applicable backup schedule. Retained information will not be used to continue providing the deleted account.
